Return policy

 We have easy return portal where you can get the free return label , which you can use to send items back to us for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of receipt.

The Item:

  • Item can’t be worn, altered or washed.
  • All tags must still be attached.
  • Make sure there are no make-up or deodorant stains, animal hair or cigarette smoke odor.

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Any time a coupon code of 15% off or greater was used on the order.
  • Any item in the sale/clearance section.
  • Any item marked down or discounted.

No exceptions or exchanges. Gift Cards can’t be returned or refunded.

Store Credit: Your item must be received or postmarked* within 30 days from the date you order was placed for domestic orders. International orders have 45 days. You will receive an e-gift card once your return has been processed to the email you checked out with. 

Refund:  Your item must be received or postmarked* within 10 days of the of the order date to receive a full refund for domestic orders. International orders have 25 days. Once we process your return please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

*Postmarked means it has been accepted and scanned in at the post office. Simply creating a label does not count.

Return Shipping Options:

  1. Use the Return Portal to print off a pre-paid shipping label and give to your  carrier. 
  2. Ship it using pre-paid shipping label.

Returns Processing:

  • Once we receive your return please allow 2-5 business for it to be processed.
  • If a return is received without specifying a refund or store credit, store credit will be automatically given.

Anything Wrong?

  • PLEASE inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt.
  • If you believe you have received something defective please contact us within 3 days of order receipt email us so we can address the issue.
  • If it has been longer than 3 days, tags have been removed or item has been worn or washed it becomes ineligible for replacement.

Order Cancellation or Change:

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are placed.

***If more than $500 of returns are made within a calendar year, a 25% restocking/shipping/handling fee will be deducted from each return moving forward. We do our best to help you decide on the size you need
