SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Shipping, returns, and exchanges are always free in Be Sparkle!

  • We ship a free return label and an easy-to-use return form directly in every box, which you can use to send items back to us for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of receipt.
  • If you do not have your return label, email us and we will get you set up with one.
  • All products must be in unworn or unused condition to be eligible for refunds and exchanges. All apparel must be unwashed, with tags still attached. If you are trying on boots, please do so on carpet to avoid scuffing the sole!

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)

    Standard Shipping orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Cost is FREE for orders over $30.

    Expedited Shipping (2-5 business days)
    All orders confirmed before 2:00 P.M.CT will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. 

    Orders shipped via expedited shipping typically arrive in two (2) to five (5) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.  Cost is $12.

    Priority Shipping (1-4 business days)

    All 2 Business Days orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. CT will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval.

    All orders confirmed after 2:00 p.m. CT will be processed the following business day.

    Orders shipped via priority shipping typically arrive in one (1) to four (4) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.Cost is $18.

    Lost Packages

    If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed. 

    Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. 

    However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund. 

    Signature Required

    When is order is valued at $250 or more, we require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly. 

    ** Order Cancellation ** 

     If your order has not yet shipped you may cancel it, but a 10% restocking fee will apply.
